About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Ennismore. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the Front of House team and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Front of House team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the duty management team to ensure seamless operations
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Manage departmental budgets and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Front Office Manager role within a four or five-star hotel property
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Catalan is preferable and additional languages will be highly valuable
  • Passionate about team development and coaching
  • Experience with using property management systems
  • Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including days, nights, weekdays, and weekends
