Key Responsibilities
  • Front Office Operations: Supervise and coordinate the front desk activities, including check-in/check-out, guest requests, and concierge services.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of front desk staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet the hotel's standards.
  • Sales and Revenue: Maximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing programs, promoting hotel services and amenities to guests.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with all hotel departments, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role in a hotel environment.
  • Language: Fluency in Spanish and English; French is an asset.
  • Skills: Strong commercial awareness, sales capabilities, and excellent supervisory, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
