Lead the Front Office Team

As a Front Office Supervisor at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, you will be responsible for leading a team of agents who handle guest registration and communication of hotel services and promotions. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and relationship skills to create a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process forms of payment and respond to guest inquiries
  • Coach and direct team members to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Develop and assume basic management responsibilities
  • Support senior leadership in developing and implementing hotel strategies
Qualifications
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office operations
