Front Office Supervisor

Responsibilities:
* Ensure the front desk is tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies
* Train and supervise staff, including receptionists and bellboys
* Schedule shifts and ensure timely and accurate customer service
* Handle complaints and specific customer requests
* Welcome and lead the incorporation of new colleagues
* Troubleshoot emergencies and ensure company policies and security requirements are met
* Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
* Manage online and phone reservations
* Register guests and collect necessary information
* Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms
* Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
* Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
Minimum Requirements:
* Work experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar role
* Experience with hotel reservations software
* Understanding of how travel planning websites operate
* Customer service attitude
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish
