Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Supervise and manage the front desk team to ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes, guest requests, and concierge services.
- Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate the front desk team to achieve high standards of service and performance.
- Sales and Revenue: Maximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing programs.
- Guest Complaints: Manage and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Communication: Maintain good communication and work relationships with all hotel departments.
Requirements:
- Front Office Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office role in a hotel environment.
- Language Skills: Fluently bilingual in Spanish and English, with French as an asset.
- Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial/business awareness and demonstration of sales capabilities.
- Work Ethic: Calm, organized work ethic with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent supervisory, inter-personal, and communication skills.
