Front Office Team Lead

At Hilton Diagonal Mar, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay with us.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to maintain high standards of service and quality.
- Ensure that your team has current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and special promotional offers.
- Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of team members, with a focus on training and teamwork.
- Maximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing programs.
- Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely.
- Meet, greet, and direct guests who enter the lobby area.
- Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas.
- Manage, record, and resolve guests' complaints.
- Main point of contact for VIP guests.
- Maintain the professional appearance of the Front Desk with a focus on hospitality and guest service.
- Front Office experience in hotels.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
- Strong commercial/business awareness and demonstration of sales capabilities.
- Calm, organized work ethic with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent supervisory, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
