Front Office Supervisor

Job Summary:
A Front Office Supervisor at Hilton Diagonal Mar is responsible for overseeing the front office activities between the Guest, the hotel, and the various hotel departments. This role requires a strong commercial/business awareness and demonstration of sales capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Front Desk operations during assigned shifts to a consistently high standard.
- Ensure shift team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and special promotional offers.
- Advise shift team members of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel that day.
- Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on training and teamwork.
- Maximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing programs.
- Manage Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely.
- Meet, greet, and direct guests who enter the lobby area.
- Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas.
- Manage, record, and resolve guest complaints.
- Main point of contact for VIP guests.
- Maintain the professional appearance of the Front Desk with a focus on hospitality and Guest service.
