Job Description

The Front Office Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's front desk. This position requires a high level of multitasking, as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the arrival and departure processes for all guests, coordinating with Housekeeping to track room readiness, and supporting team members in handling guest inquiries and requests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the front desk team, leading pre-shift meetings and assigning daily work
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for check-in
• Assist team members in handling guest inquiries and resolving complaints
• Ensure guests receive accurate and timely information about hotel amenities and services

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of Front Office experience in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel
• Previous experience with pre-opening of a hotel is a plus
• Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
