Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at The Hoxton, Poblenou. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for leading the Front of House team and providing exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example and coach the Front Office team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Collaborate with the Duty Managers and other hotel teams to achieve business objectives.
- Manage the Front Office budget and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel staff, guests, and external partners.
- Proven experience in a Front Office Manager role within a four or five-star hotel property.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Catalan is preferable and additional languages will be highly valued.
- Passionate about team development and coaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including days, nights, weekdays, and weekends.
- Experience with using Opera Cloud or a similar property management system.
