We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Director to lead our Hypermarket Division in Spain. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

About the Role

As Senior Sales Director, you will be responsible for accelerating sellout of our products at store level through commercial levers such as assortment, distribution, share of shelf, and secondary placement. You will also work closely with the Field Sales Manager to define optimal routes to market and push for excellence in point of sales while improving Perfect Store KPIs and commercial execution.

The ideal candidate will have +10 years of experience in field sales, specifically in the FMCG business, with a strong background in team management and leadership. They will possess outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade audiences both internally and externally. Additionally, they will have a deep understanding of commercial levers at the local level and their impact on sellout.
