Teleperformance Spain Business Developer Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Developer Representative to join our team in Barcelona. This is a full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a hybrid working model.
Salary: €22,785 gross per year, plus up to €2,734 gross per year in bonus.
About the Role:As a Business Developer Representative, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns. You will help businesses work better together, move fast, and innovate.
You will be part of a larger sales team focused on growing our customer base across EMEA. Your primary interactions will be via phone calls, where you will engage with customers to build enthusiasm, identify their needs, and propose adequate solutions.
- Achieve Sales Qualified Opportunity quota quarterly and hit target levels of activity daily and weekly.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects.
- Educate customers on our offerings and execute daily outbound phone calls and emails.
- Contact C-level decision-makers, build rapport, and assess customer needs.
You will understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, correlate business needs with available Cloud solutions, and build value for next steps in the sales process.
Requirements:To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A native level of French and ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
- Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry.
- An understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
- Ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions and strong business acumen.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity and professionalism.
