Sales Representative for EMEA Region

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Spain in Barcelona.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a hybrid working model. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.
The primary objective of this role is to achieve SQO (Sales Qualified Opportunity) quota quarterly and hit a target level of activity daily and weekly. You will manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects, educate customers on what we have to offer, and execute daily outbound phone calls and emails.
A key aspect of this role is understanding prospects' pain points, gathering technical requirements, correlating business needs to available Cloud solutions, and building value for next steps in the sales process.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Native level of French
- Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
- Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry
- Some understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions
- Ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions, strong business acumen
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity and professionalism
The estimated salary for this role is approximately €25,500 per year, plus up to €3,300 in bonus, based on performance.
This is a permanent contract with a relocation package including flight tickets, taxi from the airport in Spain to your new accommodation, accommodation in a nice studio for one month, support with private health insurance, and established career path to grow within the project.
