Job Description
We're seeking a driven and resourceful Inbound Sales Representative to join our EMEA Merchant Acquisition Sales organization in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in growing our acceptance network across Europe by managing and closing inbound sales opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of leads, from first contact through to closing the sale, account set up, and ensuring merchants can fully benefit from accepting American Express.
- Work closely with the GCG Premium Servicing teams to support global accounts set up across all repatriated markets.
- Collaborate with the Aggregation team to set up accounts for merchants moving from aggregation to direct acceptance via payment designation.
Requirements
- High-level English written and spoken skills, with a high level of other European languages a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with previous sales experience a plus.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) and Salesforce a bonus.
