Dach Sales Representative

We are Fever, a global live-entertainment discovery tech platform, and we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to contribute to the growth of our department.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential clients, generating outbound leads, and supporting Account Managers in expanding our client base.
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for:
- Researching and identifying potential clients within the target market
- Utilizing various channels for lead generation, including email campaigns, social media, online platforms, and industry events
- Collaborating with the marketing team on lead generation strategies
- Initiating contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Qualifying leads based on predefined criteria and passing them on to Account Managers for further engagement
- Working closely with Account Managers to understand target accounts and tailor outreach strategies
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
- Providing regular reports on lead generation activities and conversion rates
The ideal candidate will have:
- Native/Advanced German language skills
- 1-3 years of previous experience in a sales development or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote and geographically distributed team
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
