Sales Representative - Digital Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team and drive business growth in the digital solutions space. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our electronic resource management solution to clients in the UK, Europe, and Australia.

About the Role

  • New business development by contacting potential clients and making appointments.
  • Delivering online presentations and product demonstrations of our solution.
  • Managing existing clients: Account management, Upselling licenses, Cross selling additional modules.
  • Utilising techniques to convert warm inbound leads into new customers as well as new business leads.
  • Occasional attendance at user group meetings, events, and exhibitions.
  • Responding to customer queries promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year's experience in consulting and selling software solutions to the legal industry.
  • Highly experienced in new business development.
  • Impeccable English - spoken and written.
  • Strong rapport building capabilities.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within a fast-growing organisation.
