Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Corza Medical. As the primary sales contact for our Wound Closure portfolio, you will be responsible for driving growth, maintaining existing sales, and building strong relationships with key hospital departments and medical professionals in North Eastern Spain and the Balearics.

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will act as the primary sales contact between the company and our customers, reporting to the Business Development Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining existing sales and generating additional sales of our barbed suture brand and other Wound Closure Corza brands
  • Meeting or exceeding territory quota and sales growth objectives
  • Presenting and selling Corza Medical's Wound Closure portfolio with emphasis on the barbed suture brand
  • Developing and implementing tactical sales plans for expanding base business and new sales conversion opportunities
  • Conducting competitive cross-referencing, in servicing, and training support to surgeons and scrub nurses

  • A proven track record of success in sales and territory management
  • In-depth knowledge of the wound closure market and industry trends
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance. The position is based in Barcelona or vicinity, and we encourage candidates who reside in the area to apply.
