At Omega CRM, a leading Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in customer experience services and technology application to marketing, we seek a skilled Global Growth Strategist to drive our business expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role combines sales strategy, business development, and team management expertise to ensure successful attainment of sales growth and commercial development objectives in Spain. Our ideal candidate will lead the implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy, foster growth in local market service lines, and align with annual business plan objectives. Additionally, they will train, motivate, and advise the Sales team representatives involved in Growth, ensuring increased synergies across Merkle & Dentsu service lines through cross- and up-selling initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a sales growth strategy for Omega CRM, aligned with the company's annual business plan objectives.
• Lead, train, and motivate the Sales team representatives involved in Growth to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Growth Officer and Salesforce Practice Members to drive successful conversion of new business opportunities in EMEA.
• Represent the company effectively, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of our offerings to drive sales growth.
• Foster relationships with clients in Spain, ensuring long-lasting relationships that address their needs and nurture client relationships.
Requirements:
• Over 7 years of experience in Salesforce business development and significant experience in strategic sales management and go-to-market roles.
• A robust history of success in commercial and pre-sales activities, illustrating capability to effectively secure new clients and/or enhance relationships with existing clients.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise, with a Salesforce network well-developed in the Spanish ecosystem.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
The estimated salary for this position is €90,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include competitive compensation, career development opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.
