About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director - Spanish Market to join our team and drive business growth in Spain. Reporting directly to our CEO, this role will lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve commercial success. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a high-performing sales team, ensuring the attainment of sales objectives, and fostering long-lasting client relationships that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in Spain
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales conversions
• Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Analyze sales performance data to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements
• Over 7 years of experience in Salesforce business development and strategic sales management
• Proven track record of success in commercial and pre-sales activities, with a strong history of securing new clients and enhancing relationships with existing ones
• Strong business acumen and industry expertise, with a well-developed Salesforce network in the Spanish ecosystem
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
