We are an international company committed to talent and offer opportunities to develop your career. Located in Madrid, Spain, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Business Growth Strategist to join our office.

The ideal candidate will work alongside an international team and the leadership team to contribute to our growth by identifying and building relationships with potential clients in relevant business sectors.

You will be responsible for researching and monitoring our target sectors, attending industry events, and participating in meetings with customers and prospects, mainly in Spain and Portugal or with those looking to enter the Iberian market.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Generating new leads and business opportunities
  • Closing meetings autonomously based on strategic guidelines
  • Identifying business opportunities for other group units
  • Preparation, presentation, and negotiation of offers
  • Market and industry prospecting, attending events, networking, brand positioning
  • Establishing new relationships with potential clients and strengthening relationships with clients in our portfolio

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4-5 years of experience in B2B business development within the AEC industry
  • Experience in preparing documentation for tender processes, preparing presentations, and follow-up
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI (a plus)
  • Experience in handling CRM software platforms
  • High level of English, oral and written
  • Ability to empathize with customers and detect their needs to provide solutions with our services

We are looking for a person with positive energy, dynamic, proactive, creative, results-oriented, able to work autonomously, and also add value to teamwork.

Great organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Academic background is advantageous, especially in architecture, building science and technology, engineering, or similar.

Experience in the management and growth of key accounts will also be advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary of around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, and benefits that include professional development opportunities.
