Job Overview We are looking for a new talent to join the B2B Business Development team. You will play a key role in the growth of Skeepers in the Italian market. This position reports directly to our Head of BDR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies for enterprise accounts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales tactics.
  • Search, identify, and qualify prospect needs and interests, and build relationships with decision-makers in different industries.
  • Organize meetings and ensure that the sales cycle runs smoothly.
  • Share key information with customers through our CRM to ensure efficient lead management.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and account-based marketing strategies.

About You To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in B2B sales or business development in a SaaS company.
  • Previous experience with cold calling.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Curiousness, quick learning, and adaptability.
  • Mastery of CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

Estimated salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
