Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Business Growth Strategist to join our Business Development team at Wise Security Global. This individual will focus on outbound prospecting, identifying potential clients, and setting up meetings to fill the sales pipeline.

About the Role

This role requires a technical education (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field) with a minimum of 7 years of experience in technology-related sales or account management. Fluency in English is necessary, and Spanish language skills are also desirable. Experience in selling Digital Trust Services and Cybersecurity Services is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate demand by assisting clients to identify and qualify current needs and effectively articulate how Wise can add value through its services and solutions offered.
  • Bring vital cybersecurity industry insights to customer engagements and close deals effectively.
  • Act as a knowledgeable leader in cybersecurity, guiding customers in Madrid on their digital transformation journey within the realm of security.
  • Proactively conduct campaigns to unearth new opportunities and generate fresh leads in the Madrid area.
  • Engage with strategic clients possessing a rich client portfolio in Madrid, alongside account teams or partners.
  • Utilize WISE SECURITY's sales approach to gauge opportunity quality, enlightening customers on the best ways to address their security needs.
  • Nurture and expand business with strategic Madrid-based clients by initiating productive conversations, leading demonstrations, and partnering efficiently with both internal teams and external collaborators.
  • Diligently cultivate and manage a network of stakeholders in the area and draw upon internal partnerships to deepen client relationships.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets in the assigned account base.
  • Regularly review feedback and craft long-term strategies dedicated to amplifying client satisfaction.
  • Team up with the extended sales crew, pre-sales, KAM, local partners, and marketing units to conduct detailed business analysis, targeting high-potential clients and sculpting a list of prospective businesses.
  • Pursue relevant cybersecurity training and certifications, staying abreast of the latest trends, and sharing newfound knowledge with the team.

What We Offer

Type of contract: indefinite full-time contract (from Monday to Friday). Location: Madrid (hybrid remote).

Estimated salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
