We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Info Technology Supply Limited. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your sales career in a stable and established global organisation considered a leader in its field.
**Estimated Salary:** £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission and annual bonus upon achieving targets.
**Job Overview:**
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling Onelog, a leading electronic resource management solution for the legal sector, to potential clients across the UK, Europe & Australia. You will work from our office in Harrow or Madrid, delivering online presentations and product demonstrations of our product, managing existing clients, and responding to customer queries promptly.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Generate new business leads by contacting potential clients across the UK, Europe & Australia and making appointments;
* Deliver high-quality customer service with attention to detail;
* Develop strong relationships with existing clients to upsell licenses and cross-sell additional modules;
* Utilise CRM software to manage customer interactions and generate quotes;
* Attend user group meetings, events, and exhibitions as required;
* Respond to customer queries and produce offers and quotations;
**Required Skills and Experience:**
For this role, we are looking for individuals with a minimum one year's experience in consulting and selling software solutions to the legal industry, preferably with a strong background in new business development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and be proficient in MS Windows, Office, including PowerPoint, and CRM software. Additionally, they should have a positive attitude, willingness to learn and develop within a fast-growing organisation, and be self-disciplined with the ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team.
