Sales and Business Development Specialist

Company Overview: Info Technology Supply Ltd is a leading global software house, renowned for its innovative electronic resource management solution, Onelog. With over 125 employees worldwide, we are a stable and established organization considered a leader in our field.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- New business development through contacting potential clients across Europe and Australia, making appointments, delivering online presentations, and product demonstrations of our product.
- Managing existing clients by account management, upselling licenses, cross-selling additional modules, and converting warm inbound leads into new customers.
- Attending user group meetings, events, and exhibitions to showcase our product and provide customer service.
- Utilizing our CRM system to generate quotes, add and manage new customers, update notes and actions, and perform general administration tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year's experience in consulting and selling software solutions to the legal industry (highly desirable).
- At least one year of product demonstration experience and excellent customer service skills with attention to detail.
- Proven expertise in new business development, including cold calling, appointment making, consultation, demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
- Impeccable English language skills - both spoken and written.
- Advanced computer proficiency, including MS Windows, Office, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
- Strong rapport-building capabilities and a positive attitude towards learning and developing within a fast-growing organization.
