The Role

We're seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to manage the Italian market. This unique opportunity offers the chance to work on an international level, engaging with clients seeking providers for marketing and tech projects. As the primary point of contact, you'll identify potential projects, pair them with suitable service providers, and drive success through your strategic approach.

Your Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to manage inbound requests
  • Conduct insightful discovery calls with clients from diverse industries, including SMEs and international corporations
  • Work towards clear goals while maintaining a high conversion rate
  • Ensure client retention through excellent service across various touchpoints and follow-ups
  • M Match clients with suitable service providers using our platform, ensuring a seamless fit
  • Collaborate across departments (Product, Supply, Marketing, etc.)

Your Profile

Italian native level is required, with professional Spanish and English proficiency. Additional language skills are a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant background is preferred. First experience in sales roles is beneficial. You should have a passion for understanding business needs and goals, as well as exceptional listening skills to gather and analyze client information effectively.
