About the Role: We are seeking a driven and resourceful individual to grow the American Express acceptance network across Europe by managing and closing inbound sales opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of leads, from first contact through to closing the sale, account set up, and ensuring merchants can fully benefit from accepting American Express.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and close inbound sales opportunities to grow the American Express acceptance network across Europe.
  • Work closely with GCG Premium Servicing teams to support global accounts set up across all repatriated markets.
  • Set up accounts for merchants moving from aggregation to direct acceptance via payment designation across Europe.

Requirements: High level of English written and spoken, strong organizational and time management skills, previous sales experience, strong process focus, adaptability, driven by objectives, ambitious, and communicative. Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) and Salesforce is a bonus.
