**Job Description**: We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to acquire new business for our next-gen Fleet Management Solution, SCALAR, in the North of Spain region.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**: Proven track record in selling solutions with at least 5 years of work experience, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset are essential. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, while experience in SaaS Solutions and/or the transport/logistics sector is a clear advantage.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking, to generate a high-quality lead pipeline.
  • Discovery: Conduct effective in-depth discovery meetings to identify and quantify opportunities, as well as key stakeholders within the prospect or customer organization.
  • Opportunity Management: Deliver compelling presentations and demos of our solution, emphasizing benefits, added value, and customization.
  • Pipeline Management: Proactively manage the pipeline to ensure target achievement, maintain up-to-date records within our CRM system, and provide updates during regular sales meetings.
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS: Build and nurture strong customer relationships to identify up- and cross-selling opportunities.
