**Job Summary**

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to assist with the implementation and support of our new technology platform, EMMA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of EMMA to our hotels, providing technical support and guidance to our properties, and collaborating with our vendors to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to our hotels during the implementation and Hypercare phases of EMMA.
  • Lead calls to assist properties with bug fixing and adjustments in the configuration of the system, as needed.
  • Ensure successful and timely delivery of EMMA to our hotels, including the handover to our Business as Usual (BAU) team.
  • Liaise with our vendors to ensure timely resolution of tickets during the Hypercare phase.
  • Support our implementation team during the go-live week, making any necessary adjustments to the hotel configuration.
  • Travel as needed to support the Hypercare phase, implementation, and task force.
  • Guide and assist our hotels after implementation, raising tickets, resolving issues, communicating with vendors, and providing guidance and recommendations on how to use the system.
  • Monitor and ensure the prompt and timely resolution of tickets.
  • Assist our Above Property Manager as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Administration skills and highly organized.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Dynamic team work role.
  • SAP-TMS/EMMA software expertise.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Language Skills:

  • English and French as mandatory.
  • Other languages a plus.

Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional travel required.
