As an IT Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology platforms, including EMMA, a unified technology platform powered by Indra Minsait Hospitality and the SAP HANA Platform.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Resolve technical issues and provide support to hotels during the Hypercare phase.
- Lead calls to assist properties with bug fixing and adjustments in the configuration of the system.
- Ensure successful and timely delivery of projects according to calendar and deadlines.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Support implementation teams during go-live weeks and make necessary adjustments to hotel configurations.
- Travel as needed to support the Hypercare phase, implementation, and task force.
- Guide and assist hotels in using the EMMA system, including raising tickets, resolving issues, and communicating with vendors.
- Monitor and ensure the prompt and timely resolution of technical issues.
**Requirements**
- Administration skills and highly organized.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Dynamic in a teamwork role.
- Familiarity with SAP-TMS/EMMA software.
**Language Skills**
English and French are mandatory. Other languages are a plus.
