Finance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on professional to join our dynamic Finance SAP team as a Finance Operations Specialist.

This role involves providing key support to the SAP Finance Lead in implementing the Key User Community operations framework. You will work closely with Finance Function leads to ensure proper representation and availability of key users for key knowledge areas in SAP S4/HANA.

Key responsibilities include developing an engagement model for key users, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing a framework for proper documentation management. You will also work on existing end-user and Key User Community interaction models, engage closely with IT to onboard new technologies, and implement roll-out plans for improvements.

Additionally, you will identify training and development needs for the Key User Community in areas of SAP and assist in the implementation of such trainings. You will also organize and coordinate Key User Community meetings and events, maintain communication channels, and analyze data and feedback to make informed recommendations.

Requirements include a university bachelor's or master's degree in finance or business management, 3+ years of relevant experience gained within an international B2B environment, and prior experience of working in an ERP project. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are also essential.
