Key User Community Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Finance SAP team as a Key User Community Operations Specialist.

This role will involve working closely with key stakeholders from Finance Functions to drive the overall availability, engagement, and management of our talented Key users towards the organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and business management, with 3+ years of relevant experience gained within an international B2B environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing key support to the SAP Finance Lead with the implementation of Key User Community operations framework.
  • Working closely with Finance Function leads to ensure proper representation and availability of key users for key knowledge areas in SAP S4/HANA.
  • Developing an engagement model for key users and identifying areas of improvement as well as knowledge areas which should be represented and identifying any gaps.
  • Implementing a framework for proper documentation management system, onboarding, offboarding, and trainings of key users.
  • Engaging closely with IT to onboard new technologies in the current interaction model of end users and key users.
  • Implementing roll-out plans for any improvements in the interaction models for Key users.
  • Identifying training and development needs for Key User Community in areas of SAP and assisting in the implementation of such trainings.
  • Organizing and coordinating Key User Community meetings and events.
  • Maintaining communication channels for KUC news and ensuring maintenance of correct information on the relevant intranet sites.
  • Analyzing data and feedback to make informed recommendations to address Key User Community needs and concerns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance and business management principles, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work in an international capacity.

This position can be fulfilled completely remotely within Europe, and we are prioritizing skills and experience over physical work location.
