Job Title: Finance Key User Community Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our dynamic Finance SAP team as a Finance Key User Community Operations Specialist. This role will play a crucial part in shaping the overall Finance Key User Community network and driving engagement among key users in our digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide key support to the SAP Finance Lead in implementing the Key User Community operations framework.
  • Work closely with Finance Function leads to ensure proper representation and availability of key users for key knowledge areas in SAP S4/HANA.
  • Develop an engagement model for key users and identify areas of improvement, as well as knowledge areas that should be represented and any gaps.
  • Implement a framework for proper documentation management, onboarding, offboarding, and training of key users.
  • Work on existing end-user and Key User Community interaction models and implement improvements and automations.
  • Engage closely with IT to onboard new technologies in the current interaction model of end-users and key users.
  • Implement roll-out plans for any improvements in the interaction models for key users.
  • Identify training and development needs for the Key User Community in areas of SAP and assist in the implementation of such trainings.
  • Organize and coordinate Key User Community meetings and events.
  • Maintain a communication channel for KUC news and ensure the maintenance of correct information on relevant intranet sites.
  • Analyze data and feedback to make informed recommendations to address Key User Community needs and concerns.

Requirements:

  • University bachelor's or master's degree in finance or business management.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience gained within an international B2B environment.
  • Prior experience of working in an ERP project would be an advantage.
  • Fluent English speaker with strong writing and verbal communication skills, as well as high levels of attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, result-oriented with strong networking and communications skills.
  • Strategic, analytical, and creative thinking combined with hands-on approach to translate plans to actions and monitor progress.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with remote global teams.
  • Business knowledge in power/industrial technology an advantage.
  • Ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
