About the Role

As a Bank Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for processing customer operations, resolving customer queries, and maintaining customer records. You will also assist with financial reporting, reconcile bank statements, and perform other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Operations: Process customer operations, including guarantees, loans, foreign exchange, and remittances.
  • Customer Service: Assist in resolving customer queries and issues by liaising with Front Office departments and customers.
  • Finance: Reconcile bank statements, prepare financial reports, and perform other internal controls.
  • Administration: Assist with general administrative tasks, including office maintenance, processing invoices, and managing archives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the back office/middle office teams in financial institutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
