As a Settlement Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and executing bank orders for collection and settlement of Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) and Cargo Accounts Settlement System (CASS) funds. You will also perform matching activities, monitor bank statements, and follow up on discrepancies as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and execute bank orders for collection and settlement of BSP and CASS funds
* Perform matching activities and monitor bank statements
* Follow up on discrepancies and prepare exception reports
* Prepare Hinge Account Reconciliations and external reporting for customers
* Assist in the preparation of internal reporting for IATA management
* Prepare and update Settlement Operations user guides
* Coordinate with Customer Service department to attend to customer queries
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in treasury and/or finance related matters
* Strong PC skills, particularly in MS Office Excel and Access
* Fluency in spoken and written English
* Knowledge of another language would be an advantage
* Relevant Aviation Industry Experience is a plus
