About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bank Operations Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Office Support Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our banking services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Operations: Process customer transactions, resolve queries, and maintain accurate records.
  • Finance: Reconcile bank statements, prepare financial reports, and ensure internal controls are in place.
  • Administration: Assist with general administrative tasks, including office maintenance, invoicing, and archiving.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
