Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to manage personnel matters, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and maintaining accurate employee data. This role involves planning, organizing, and carrying out daily operations related to contracts, onboarding, benefits, and more.

About the Role

As an HR Operations Specialist at Amadeus, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning, organizing, and executing daily operations and procedures related to personnel matters
  • Ensuring compliance with legal obligations and completing necessary forms and declarations
  • Maintaining personnel databases with updated and accurate information
  • Providing reports as requested by management
  • Providing information to staff concerning administration and legal matters
  • Preparing contracts and following up on expirations and probation periods
  • Managing the payment of employee benefits
  • Overseeing organizational changes
  • Verifying that all relevant employee data is accurately entered and maintained in IT systems
  • Overseeing the new hires by managing all the end-to-end processes established in the systems
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Relevant technical/functional knowledge and experience in their discipline
  • 3 years of experience in HR Administration
  • Knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it relates to their area
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English language
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • SAP and/or Workday skills are beneficial
