About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our EMEA People Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in fostering an amazing workplace and culture that empowers everyone to do their best work.

As a Senior HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a best-in-class employee experience through high levels of service, empathy, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with different teams and support various initiatives to ensure an outstanding employee experience as Palo Alto Networks continues its rapid growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a seamless employee experience through high levels of service, empathy, and operational excellence.
  • Embrace a mindset of "executing with excellence" in which you anticipate challenges, diagnose problems, develop, and implement robust solutions that enable amazing execution.
  • Build strong relationships with other HR teams to coordinate workflow, processes, and communication with key stakeholders; ensure seamless hand-off of processes and deliverables.
  • Participate in meetings as an operational subject matter expert that impact operational design, reporting, or workflows.
  • Manage and support multiple and concurrent ad hoc requests in a timely manner with accuracy.
  • Ownership of regional projects from end to end with a focus on process automation, simplification, and scalability.
  • Provide employees with exceptional service regarding Tier 0 and Tier 1 HR-related inquiries through resolution accountability.
  • Perform other HR operational tasks such as data entry, employment verification requests, reference letter documents, leave of absence requests, E-verify process, coordination with payroll, and overall maintenance of employee records, ensuring data integrity and other tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure employee data is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant within our HR system.
  • Be a subject matter expert for the team in critical HR functions such as Benefits, Compensation, etc.
  • Help train, coach, and develop team members.
  • Ensure internal knowledge base is kept up-to-date and knowledge gaps are addressed in a timely fashion.
