- Special Projects: Lead special projects and operations, such as comprehensive audits, service launches, and other significant initiatives.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies across all operational aspects.
- HR Strategy Development: Collaborate in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR at a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with ambiguity.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Problem-focused, solutions-oriented, and have extreme attention to detail.
- Process Optimization: Built new processes that scale efficiently and optimized existing ones to drive customer experience and operational improvements.
- Leadership Skills: Able to lead multiple cross-functional projects from start to finish with the ability to balance analytical critical thinking with quick decision-making and execution.
- Communication Skills: Strong communicator.
