About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our EMEA People Team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring a best-in-class employee experience through high-level service, empathy, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless hand-off of processes and deliverables with other HR teams
- Manage and support multiple and concurrent ad hoc requests in a timely manner with accuracy
- Own regional projects from end-to-end with a focus on process automation, simplification, and scalability
- Provide exceptional service to employees regarding Tier 0 and Tier 1 HR-related inquiries
- Perform other HR operational tasks such as data entry, employment verification requests, and leave of absence requests
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent of 4+ years of progressive HR Operations experience in a technology organization
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Relevant professional HR experience in France and good knowledge of local typical legal requirements
- Ability to demonstrate integrity, maintain confidentiality, and influence without authority
