Job Title: HR ADMIN SPECIALIST

At Page Personnel, we are seeking a highly skilled HR ADMIN SPECIALIST to join our team. As an HR ADMIN SPECIALIST, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR services, managing employee data, and supporting payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Service Delivery: Provide ongoing HR service delivery tasks, including employee life cycle events, HR topics, and payroll support.
  • Document Management: Generate documents, letters, templates, and reports, such as employment contracts, contract changes, certificates, references, and other HR-related documents.
  • Process Improvement: Document process changes and communicate them to affected interfaces (ServiceNow, Workday).
  • Employee Data Management: Maintain employee data in HRIT systems, ensuring high data quality.
  • Task Management: Independently track tasks and monitor ongoing processes.
  • Employee Experience: Execute employee data standards, processes, and policies across regional HR Operations to create an outstanding employee experience, simplicity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Service Level Agreements: Fulfill service level agreements, operational level agreements, and other KPIs, aligning on appropriate actions if figures are not met.
  • Process Optimization: Participate in process optimizations to improve process flows, performance, and quality.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the HR team in the Netherlands or Denmark to implement HR initiatives that positively impact employee experience.
  • Requirements: Apprenticeship (Ausbildung) or university degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, or vocational training & professional experience (> 2 years). Min 1 year HR background OR experience in data management.
  • Skills: Confident in using MS Office, high affinity for modern IT systems, good problem-solving and administrative skills, high organizational skills, experience in delivering quality work in fast-paced environments.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Dutch or Danish, additional languages are a plus.
  • Contract: Permanent contract. Salary according to the experience of the candidate.
  • Company: Work in a company with an international presence and leader in its sector.
  • Location: Northern area of Madrid.
