Job Summary: As an HR Business Partner and Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive HR support and ensuring smooth HR operations. You will be responsible for partnering with business units to deliver value-added HR services, managing HR operations, and fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic and operational support across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and development.
  2. Assist in preparing and administering employment documents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data.
  3. Support the implementation and optimization of HR projects and initiatives in collaboration with HR experts and stakeholders.
  4. Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries, offering guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
  5. Manage the offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and proper communication with relevant departments.
  6. Coordinate the issuance of training certificates for international training programs, aligning with operational and HR requirements.
  7. Manage employee benefit programs provided by external suppliers.
  8. Provide widespread support to the HR department, including accounting of HR expenses and maintenance of the HR database.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of generalist HR and/or HR Business Partner experience.
  3. Experience in HR administration, including knowledge of HRIS platforms and labor laws.
  4. Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  5. Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management.
