About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Operations Manager to join our Human Resources team at Deel. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring smooth HR operations across various functions, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations Management: Oversee and ensure smooth HR operations across various functions, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
  • HR Product Enhancements: Lead HR product enhancements and operational improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Escalation Management: Manage escalations and troubleshooting operational challenges, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
  • Regional Team Support: Provide support and guidance to regional teams, assisting with complex HR issues and ensuring consistency in processes and country coverage.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle daily administrative tasks as needed and collaborate with teams during critical operational cycles such as audits, payroll, and employment updates.
  • Special Projects: Lead special projects and operations, such as comprehensive audits, service launches, and other significant initiatives.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies across all operational aspects.
  • HR Strategy Development: Collaborate in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR at a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Problem-focused, solutions-oriented, and have extreme attention to detail.
  • Process Optimization: Built new processes that scale efficiently and optimized existing ones to drive customer experience and operational improvements.
  • Leadership Skills: Able to lead multiple cross-functional projects from start to finish with the ability to balance analytical critical thinking with quick decision-making and execution.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communicator.
