**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global HR Operations Manager to join our team at Menos Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR operations strategies and initiatives that align with our overall business strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement HR operations strategies and initiatives in line with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee payroll for all entities and manage a team of two to three people.
  • Develop and execute global staff procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.
  • Manage compensation & benefits and employee performance programs at a global level.
  • Maintain internal HR systems and global databases.
  • Ensure legal compliance of HR activities and country's regulations and applicable employment laws.
  • Be the contact person for the team, people business partners, and recruiters on questions relating to HR matters.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: from onboarding new hires to changes during employment all the way to offboarding.

**Requirements**

  • Proven working experience in Compensation & Benefits and/or Payroll with global processes in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of global employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
