IT Operations Specialist

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a skilled IT Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of our new technology platform, EMMA.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to our hotel properties during the implementation phase, ensuring timely resolution of tickets and minimizing downtime.

2. Collaborate with our vendor to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless system configuration.

3. Lead calls to assist properties with bug fixing and adjustments, providing guidance and recommendations on system usage.

4. Ensure successful delivery of projects according to calendar and deadlines, including handover to BAU.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor degree

Experience: 2-3 years

Language skills: English and French mandatory, other languages a plus

Travel requirements: Occasional travel to support implementation and Hypercare phase

Competencies:

Administration skills, highly organized, strong interpersonal communication skills, dynamic team work role, and proficiency in SAP-TMS/EMMA software.
