**Job Summary**

Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to join our team. As an IT Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology platforms, including EMMA, a unified technology platform that powers our business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Resolve technical issues and provide support to our hotels during the implementation and Hypercare phases.
  • Lead calls to assist properties with bug fixing and adjustments in the system configuration, as needed.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects, including handover to the Business as Usual (BAU) team.
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues during the Hypercare phase.
  • Support the implementation team during the go-live week, making any necessary adjustments to hotel configurations.
  • Travel as needed to support the Hypercare phase, implementation, and task force activities.
  • Guide and assist hotels after implementation, raising tickets, resolving issues, communicating with vendors, and providing guidance on system usage.
  • Monitor and ensure prompt and timely resolution of technical issues.

**Requirements**

  • Administration skills and high organizational abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Dynamic team work role.
  • SAP-TMS/EMMA software expertise.

**Language Skills**

English and French are mandatory language skills. Other languages are a plus.
