Job Summary
The Sales Territory Growth Specialist will play a key role in driving profitable revenue growth across their assigned geography. This individual will develop and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including manufacturers, site owners, third-party management companies, engineering/consulting firms, general contractors, and others. The primary goal is to ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded by expanding our service offerings and increasing revenue within existing accounts.
Main Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain a successful sales funnel by identifying opportunities with prospect accounts related to our comprehensive range of environmental solutions.
• Drive revenue expansion with existing accounts by introducing new service offerings and achieving maximum account penetration.
• Create and communicate account plans for top accounts, outlining growth strategies and detailed retention plans.
• Develop and maintain awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in designated markets to anticipate changing customer needs and stay ahead of the competition.
• Utilize our CRM system daily to schedule activities, document interactions, and build robust information profiles on prospective customers to facilitate acquisition of new customers.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• 4-5 years of work experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong relationship-building skills with ability to establish trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
