About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves educating and informing physicians and/or hospital staff on the features and benefits of customer products versus competitor offerings, driving prescription growth and healthcare professional adoption.

  • Achieve assigned activity goals and targets for the territory, collaborating closely with your reporting manager to meet ambitious results.
  • Conduct informative sales interviews, leverage pre-call planning and preparation, and develop self-analytical skills to identify areas for improvement post-each call.
  • Promote and sell customer therapeutic products to general practitioners, other healthcare providers, and professionals in the retail market, while maintaining and analyzing customer records.
  • Maintain accurate records within our reporting systems, adhering to required timescales and effectively utilizing software (e.g., Electronic Territory Management System, CRM systems) to report daily calls and stay organized.
  • Host group events to optimize business outcomes, ensuring compliance with relevant country legislation and regulations.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and market changes, sharing insights with your Line Manager to drive strategic decision-making.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, combined with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of the Pharma Market and associated procedures.
  • Fluency in software operating systems, such as MS Office, and customer relationship management systems.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to conduct face-to-face presentations to customers, prioritize tasks, and establish effective working relationships.
  • A valid driver's license, as travel is required for this role.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, based on national averages for similar roles in the United States. This figure may vary depending on location, experience, and performance.
