At Stryker, we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Sales Representative to lead high-value capital sales efforts within the MedTech sector, targeting C-suite executives in healthcare. This strategic role requires expertise in financial solutions, business case development, and complex negotiations to drive adoption of premium technologies. The successful candidate will engage key stakeholders to secure successful outcomes and foster long-term partnerships with high-impact customers.

About the Role

The Account Executive Mako is responsible for managing the sales cycle by guiding cross-functional teams as well as post-sale installation and training activities at customer sites in Iberica. This includes collaborating with local implant teams, orthopedic surgeons, and hospital administration to move accounts through the sales process of differential technology over $1,000,000. The ideal candidate will effectively manage stakeholders throughout the process and develop outstanding relationships with the company's prospective and installed base customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales cycle by guiding cross-functional teams and post-sale installation and training activities at customer sites.
  • Cultivate new sales opportunities with the Mako Sales Director and manage leads generated by the company.
  • Create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
  • Inform customers of new product/service introductions and prices and provide internal input to new product commercial planning.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly experienced Medical Sales Representative with a strong background in selling medical technology solutions to C-suite executives in healthcare. The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level). Additionally, they should have executive C-Suite selling experience background (CEO/CFO/COO of hospitals) with a strong understanding of the financial operations of hospitals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, health sciences, business administration or similar field.
  • 7+ years of sales experience in the MedTech field, with a minimum of 5 years of capital sales experience.
Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
