Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Medical Devices Sales Representative to represent our company in hospitals and clinics across the greater metropolitan area of Madrid and Cuenca. This role involves engaging with healthcare professionals, providing consultative sales expertise, and supporting surgeries by demonstrating products.
Main Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage key decision-makers in hospitals and clinics using CRM tools to streamline activities.
- Product Demonstration: Attend surgeries to showcase medical devices to surgeons and nurses across specialties like bariatrics, gynecology, urology, and orthopedics.
- Sales and Tenders: Achieve sales targets through direct engagements and participation in public tenders.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager.
- Collaboration: Work with international teams on tenders, quotations, and customer requests.
- Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on clinical data and share insights with healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or equivalent university degree.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in surgical sales within the operating room environment.
- Skills:
- Expertise in public tenders and direct sales.
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and good proficiency in English.
- Ability to engage in peer-level discussions with healthcare professionals.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus commission, company car, and a comprehensive benefits package. Additionally, you will have opportunities for growth and professional development in an international environment.
