Job Overview

This role plays a vital part in our sales team, supporting representatives in achieving assigned product targets and market share in the country and individually for assigned products. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with our branding strategy and contribute to the analysis of market situations and competition in the territory for assigned products.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Support Sales Representatives in achieving assigned products targets by providing aid to product presentations, training, or critical information.
  2. Collaborate with Division Managers to achieve assigned products targets in the territory through provision of relevant market insights, competition data, and initiative information.
  3. Analyze market situations and competition in the territory for assigned products, providing valuable insights to support informed decision-making.
  4. Prepare and deliver presentations for customers on assigned products, showcasing their features and benefits.
  5. Develop and implement projects to support assigned products, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  6. Evaluate and prepare tender documentation for assigned products, ensuring compliance with local and corporate policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in forecasting, competitive analysis, product portfolio management, and marketing strategies.
  • English language proficiency is essential, with Portuguese language skills being a valuable addition.
  • Prior experience in the Medical Device industry is highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate must be based in Spain and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
