Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in the clinical and surgical setting? If integrity and self-motivation are your strengths, we have an exciting opportunity for a Medical Device Sales Representative.

This dynamic field position involves engaging with clinical and administrative hospital staff to understand their needs and build long-lasting connections through a consultative sales approach. As a key member of our team, you will report to the Regional Sales Manager and be in regular contact with the rest of the sales team in Spain and your colleagues in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify key stakeholders per product segment and manage relationships autonomously, utilizing our CRM tool to organize appointments.
  • Demonstrate the use of our products to doctors, practice staff, and nurses during planned surgeries, supported by digital content.
  • Meet or exceed quota expectations as established by product segment, both through direct sales and public tenders.
  • Create effective business plans and approach strategies with your (regional) Sales Manager.
  • Work closely together with international colleagues on tenders, price quotations, order samples, and customer requests.

We offer a remunerative package including base salary €60,000, commissions, company car, and pension, as well as opportunities for personal development and continuous learning.
